This research project focuses on developing advanced geospatial and transportation modelling techniques to evaluate the impact of flood events on transportation infrastructure and population accessibility. The study includes flood scenario simulation, transport network disruption analysis, accessibility mapping, and resilience assessment using GIS-based analytical tools. The objective is to support evidence-based infrastructure planning, emergency response preparedness, and long-term climate resilience strategies for urban and regional transportation systems.
